Before work starts, your quotation sets out the work included, the price and any exclusions. Let us know if you need additional documents for a building project, landlord or managing agent.
Waste consignment note
We provide a hazardous waste consignment note for your asbestos waste. This records the waste, where it was collected, who transported it and the receiving facility, using the Environment Agency consignment-note requirements. Keep it with your property or project records.
D&M’s Certificate of Reoccupation
Following removal work, we provide our Certificate of Reoccupation (Non-Licensable Works). It records the agreed work area, completion and cleaning checks, the visual inspection and sign-off. Any remaining materials or relevant site conditions are recorded for the job. This is D&M’s completion record for the specified work, rather than an independent four-stage clearance certificate or an air-test report.
Third-party reassurance air testing
We can arrange independent third-party reassurance air testing on request. If you would like this included, let us know when enquiring so we can confirm the arrangements and cost in your quotation. The air-testing report is separate from D&M’s Certificate of Reoccupation.
Sampling and collection-only jobs
For targeted sampling, we provide the laboratory result for the material sampled. For waste collection only, we provide the waste consignment note; this does not involve issuing a Certificate of Reoccupation for work we have not carried out.
Keep your documents together
Keep your quotation, laboratory results, waste consignment note and Certificate of Reoccupation together. They provide a useful record of what was tested, removed and completed.
