Sampling has its own record

The result.
The location. The original report.

For sampling work, see the certificate number and a breakdown of the sample locations, fibres detected and comments, alongside the original laboratory report once checked and shared.

Sampling results apply to the identified samples. A job record is not a whole-property asbestos survey or confirmation that a property is asbestos-free.

D&M sets up access using your agreed email address. Upcoming work can appear before the final paperwork is ready.
You sign in with a code
Open your customer-area link and request an email code. Only the jobs shared with your email are available.
Your record develops with the work
Check the latest published update, then download photos and documents as D&M checks and releases them.

Your questions, answered.

Will all documents appear immediately?

No. Work may be finished while paperwork is still being prepared. Documents appear after D&M has checked and shared them. Waste paperwork may follow once disposal is complete.

Can I save a copy?

Yes. Download individual shared files or the original-file ZIP. A sampling or completion report is available when the required job details and supporting documents are ready.

Can I see more than one property?

Yes. Jobs shared with the same email are organised by property. Contact D&M if you need access to another address or want us to review who can see a job.

Is this available for older work?

The customer area is being used for jobs going forward. Older records are not automatically included; contact us if you need paperwork from a previous job.
