Whether you are renovating a room, replacing a roof or clearing an outbuilding, the starting point is the material, its condition and the work required. Send an existing report if you have one. Where identification is uncertain, sampling may be needed before a removal quotation can be confirmed.

The right scope, agreed in advance
We assess the material, its condition, the surroundings and the proposed method before agreeing the work. Your quotation sets out what is included and any limitations. Where a job requires a specialist outside our scope, we explain the next steps and discuss referral to the appropriate contractor.
Useful information for your enquiry
Share the property postcode, approximate quantity or area, the condition and access. Photographs and existing laboratory or survey reports help us assess the enquiry. You can choose “Not sure” when you do not know a detail.
Please take photographs only from a safe position. Do not lift flooring, scrape a coating, open packaging or climb onto a roof for a quote.
Your questions, answered.
Do I need to have everything removed?
Not necessarily. Intact material that will remain undisturbed may be managed in place. Planned work, damage and the location all affect the decision.
Can you quote from photographs?
Photographs help us understand size, access and surroundings. They cannot confirm whether a material contains asbestos. We may need a report, sampling or a visit before confirming the scope.
What documents do you provide after removal?
We provide the waste consignment note and our Certificate of Reoccupation (Non-Licensable Works). The certificate records the work area, completion and cleaning checks, visual inspection and sign-off. It is separate from an independent four-stage clearance certificate or air-test report.
Can you arrange reassurance air testing?
Yes. We can arrange independent third-party reassurance air testing on request. Mention it with your enquiry so we can confirm the arrangements and cost in your quotation. You receive a separate air-testing report.
