Tell us whether you need roof sheets, wall panels, individual cement products or already-removed waste dealt with. For barns and commercial buildings, include the approximate roof area, building height, vehicle access and any existing asbestos report. We assess the material, condition and access before confirming the removal scope and quotation.

Do not assume a board is cement
A photograph is useful for understanding location and access, but it cannot distinguish every cement board from AIB or confirm asbestos content. If the material or work falls outside our scope, we will explain the appropriate next step or referral.

Can you remove a commercial barn roof?
Yes, we assess asbestos-cement roof removal for barns and commercial buildings. Send photographs, approximate dimensions, building height, access details and any asbestos report. We will confirm the scope and whether a site visit is needed before booking.
Do you install the replacement roof?
No. D&M handles the agreed asbestos removal; replacement roofing, repairs and temporary weather protection must be arranged separately. Coordinate these works with us before removal.
Can damaged sheets be collected?
Send a description and photos without disturbing them. The condition and amount of debris affect whether the collection is suitable and what controls are needed.
Can I pressure-wash an old roof first?
Do not pressure-wash or disturb a suspect asbestos roof to prepare for our visit. Contact us to discuss the condition and intended work.
