More than just taking off a roof
We need to understand how the building is constructed, whether it is attached to another structure and what will remain. Include dimensions, photos and details of electricity, water or other services. Structural stability and service isolation must be assessed before work.

Agree exactly what will be left
Bases, foundations, buried material and boundary walls require separate consideration. Reinstatement, including replacement roofs, must be arranged separately. The quotation should identify what is being removed and what remains. Any statutory permissions or notices, and who is responsible for them, must be resolved before work.
