D&M works with homeowners, landlords and trades across Wolverhampton. Our enquiries include floor tiles and bitumen, textured coatings, cement sheets and garage removal. Start with the material, its condition and your plans. You do not need to know the technical name to send an enquiry.
Buying or renovating a home
If you have a survey or sampling report, send the relevant pages along with the rooms you intend to alter. A result for one ceiling or floor does not describe the whole house. Tell us about work that will open up hidden areas so the right assessment can be considered before other trades begin.
Ceilings and walls with textured coatings
Let us know whether the project involves a ceiling, walls or both, and what the coating is applied to. Our removal includes the underlying plasterboard or other substrate. Room dimensions, fitted furniture and occupancy help us understand the work. Reboarding, skimming and decorating are not included in our removal quotation and need to be arranged separately.
Access for garages and waste collections
For rear garages or stored sheets, photographs of the access route are as helpful as photographs of the material. Tell us about side passages, steps, shared drives and how close a vehicle can get. Do not move sheets or climb onto the roof for photographs. We agree any packaging or access work as part of the quotation.
What your quote covers
We confirm the work area, inclusions, exclusions and preparation before booking. Removal paperwork includes a waste consignment note and D&M’s Certificate of Cleanliness (Non-Licensable Works). If you need independent reassurance air testing or documents for another contractor, include that with the enquiry so we can confirm arrangements.
