We can discuss floor tiles and adhesive, textured coatings, suitable cement products and garage or outbuilding work. Availability and any need for a visit are confirmed after we understand the scope.
Coordinating refurbishment work
Where a builder, managing agent or property owner is organising several trades, identify who controls access and who can agree the work. Send the parts of the asbestos report relevant to the proposed alterations, not just a photograph of the cover. Tell us about planned drilling, opening-up or demolition so gaps in the information can be considered.
Keeping the work separate from occupied areas
Tell us whether the property is occupied, which rooms must remain in use and whether access passes through shared spaces. A floor, ceiling or roof job can have different preparation requirements. We agree the arrangements for the individual work area, rather than assume the whole property can be vacated.
Roof sheets, garages and stored waste
State whether the material remains fixed or has already been removed. Roof removal requires information about height, structure and neighbouring buildings; collection needs the quantity, condition, packaging and storage position. Complete garage demolition also needs services, attachments and the retained base considered.
A clear handover
The quotation identifies the agreed scope and limitations. For our removal work we provide the waste consignment note and our Certificate of Cleanliness (Non-Licensable Works). This is separate from independent four-stage clearance. Third-party reassurance air testing can be arranged if requested; it is not automatically included with every job.
